Orders are shipped from Belgium and prepared Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Please note:

We do not offer refunds on pre-orders or exclusive special orders.

We do not accept returns on pre-ordered or customized items.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customized items are non-refundable.

Return shipping is free within Europe.
Outside Europe, a fee of €20 may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at info@jeromeruggiero.com.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size or model to ensure availability.
